Moderators Needed [Open]

Members of the community,
We're looking for Global Moderators to look after/help around the forum.
Your duties will be:
Banning/Deleting spam bots and their posts/topics.
Moving topics to their correct forum.
Locking old topics and adding it to the right archives.
Helping members around the forum.
Making sure Topics stay on track and maintaining them.
Fill out the template , answer the example questions below and write iLeech which is myself a private message if you are interested.
Preferred age would be 16+.
Obviously with this community being non profitable this job is voluntary.
Before Applying..
We will only be accepting members we can trust. If you do not have 50+ posts please do not apply. If you have been given warnings in the past due to your behaviour on the forum please do not apply. If you're a new member and spam the forums to get 50 posts, you will not get accepted.
If you have previous experience please go in to more detail (where/when e.x.)
Why should we choose you?
How active are you on the forum?
Have you ever owned your own forum?
Are you good at solving problems within the community?
How would you delegate time within game and the forum?
How would you rate your English out of 10?
Example Questions( I will give three example questions which will be about a problem which has occurred on the forum, your task will be to answer what will you do during those occasions and how you will sort the problem out. )
Question 1: If you were chosen to be a GM of our community and you find out one of the player complaints topics is about your friend which has been abusing on the server. What would you do? how would you sort this out?
Question 2: None of the owners are here (we're all on holiday) There's a lot of complaints going on around the forum, between players and admins. How will you sort this out?
Question 3: A player on the community has a problem with something you don't know about. What will you do?

I am proud to present that, eL Padrino has become a Global Moderator. It has been a long time coming. Reason why we choose him is that he is smart, he can deal with people, highly respected and just that he is a lovable guy.
Around of beers, applauds and also love for him. I'm sure he'll do a fantastic job.
During next week, I'll be writing up a Global Moderator application. Please take note on who wants to be a Global Mod to our servers.

Hey everyone, Heartless here. Decided to change my name, anyway.. i have a bit of news you might all be interested in. First off, as you may have guessed, hlstatsx is gone. It was just to damn slow.
But, don't worry! A new ranking system has already been installed. It will be a lot faster and will give you the option to view your rank both in game and over a web panel (the web panel is still under construction so it might not be available for a few more days, maybe longer). So now you have a nice new, shiny (and fast) ranking system.
What else? Oh, right. The chat. There will be a new web panel for the chat aswell. Again, it is still under construction but it should be done soon and it should be nice and fast. So you will be able to view what everyone on each server is saying.
One last thing. The rpg mod on BN6. A lot of people have been complaining about it. Something about selling stealth and rebuying it? I'm not really sure. Anyway, fallen asked me to install a better plugin to handle the surf rpg server. So, i did. And, yet again. You will be able to view this information on a web panel. Unlike the old one. You will be able to view your xp, level, spec (or build, whichever you prefer), credits and a bunch of other information.
